Custom Orthotics

Custom orthotics are medical-grade insoles that are made specifically for your feet. Unlike store-bought inserts, they are designed based on your unique foot shape, posture, and movement patterns to support your whole body from the ground up. To create truly custom orthotics, we take an exact model of your feet using a 3D digital scan. This mold/scan is sent to a specialized lab where your orthotics are fabricated to match your foot and prescription.

Foot Assessment

A foot assessment is the first step in determining whether custom orthotics are right for you. During this evaluation, we assess how your feet function, how you walk, and how your posture and alignment may be contributing to discomfort elsewhere in the body. We may use a podographer to observe pressure patterns and weight distribution, helping us better understand how your feet support you during movement.

Podographer Assessment

Our podographer assessment provides a detailed look at how pressure is distributed across your feet when standing and walking. This assessment creates a paper trace of your feet, allowing us to identify areas of increased pressure and assess concerns such as flat feet or changes in foot support. These insights help guide more precise recommendations for custom orthotics, improving comfort, stability, posture, and overall movement.
